ABOUT ME (We have a lot in common!)
Jody Dyer
I'm Jody, founder and CEO of Crippled Beagle Publishing and Story Mountain Media.
When I first started, the world of publishing seemed impenetrable. There were so many moving parts, from getting the writing right to navigating editing, formatting, and marketing. Plus, I was teaching school, in graduate school, and my sons were eleven and three years old. The dream often felt impossible.
I wanted to share my stories, but I was drowning in information, doubt, and confusion. Plus, I didn’t know a single author.
Finally, through an event at the local library and an online community, I found a support system. I found the way forward. The thrill of seeing my work in print and reaching readers was the freedom I longed for. And now, I’m on a mission to help other writers, people just like you, experience the same wonderful success.
I am honored to help writers become authors, and I look forward to meeting you!
